EDIT: After learning that the owner had an accident, moving from two stars to four. When I called on Saturday to inquire about the missed appointment, the unprofessionalism warrants minus one star. Sorry, I can’t recommend this company. I called Justin and was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment on short notice for Friday at noon, which we appreciated. He actually arrived at 11:30. Sorry, I can’t recommend this company. I called Justin and was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment on short notice for Friday at noon, which we appreciated. He actually arrived at 11:30. Fortunately we were home, but a quick heads-up about running early would have been helpful. Justin came to my house, diagnosed and repaired an electrical problem with my lighting, along with explaining my options for an EV charger. He did an excellent job on the repairs, and I felt like he was well qualified to perform any future electrical work on my home.
