Very poor service. Called Interstate for service on my poorly operating door/opener they had installed 10 years ago. They promised that a technician would arrive after lunch that same day. No tech showed. Called again and an appointment set up two days later. Again, no show. They also didn’t return many phone calls. I don’t recommend this company.
My mom purchased a new opener for $426.60 and had it installed on 6/16/20. The spring broke on 12/17/22 and was charged $253.80 for temporary repair until spring was ordered/received. Today, 1/16/23 I am paying $85 for the spring and $235+ for the service call. So in a little over 2 years we have had to pay $573.80 to repair an opener we bought for $426. We will never use this company again and do NOT recommend them.

I had a few rollers fall off my garage door. Keep in mind it was on a Friday. Before I called two other places and they couldn’t see me until Monday. Instate door came out within the hour replaced my wheels on the tracks and was reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you and great job
