I'm a little late posting this, but I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Danny and Robert at Interstate Dodge Service Dept. A mutual friend, Barron Magee, suggested I take the Jeep by there. Turns out I had 4 cracked rotors , which happened prior to my purchase of the vehicle from Chevyland in Shreveport. Rotors are not covered under warranty, but Danny went to bat for me and got it covered. They also fixed the door seals around the back doors. A new member Logan Brown, super polite & took customer service seriously. I was with my dad as he was buying a new 2020 hemi dodge & i just left my car with him. Steve Porter is my go to guy. He was very respectful & helpful with my father. Danny is a hustler that gets things done. He wants to make sure your overall experience is great. UPDATE: I have spoken to service manager Danny Benoit. He seems very nice and is hoping to make this experience better. I will be giving him another chance. All I wanted was someone to help and he seems like he is wanting to do that. I took my new vehicle in for a repair to the drivers window, it didn’t roll down.
