I have bought my last 2 vehicles from here. They come out with a ridiculous monthly payment; then slowly work their way down to your price. Don’t ask how much the vehicle costs you are buying, they won’t let you know. Don’t try to have your vehicle worked on there. My vehicle has been there for 10 weeks now. Will never do business from this location. I’m not sure how they are able to still operate.
Looked at a car that we saw online. After test driving it and looking at it, the car needed some detailing. The salesman assured us that it would be freshly detailed and cleaned before going home. Went in for paperwork and they told us to go to lunch and the car would be ready when we got done. After lunch we arrived to pick up the car and it was no cleaner, the interior roof was soaked from cleaner. Horrible place to have auto serviced! Drive to another dodge place other than WM!!! Truck dropped off a week ago and still not fixed! Service advisors lazyyyyyy, husband walked in on them with feet propped up! First advisor we had said she quit due to mechanic calling her out her name due to her complaining about time frame taking to fix her auto and nothing done about it by managers!
