I don’t typically leave reviews but in this case I feel obligated to. I took my truck in not knowing the issue with it, too have them diag and fix it. They had my truck for a better part of four years. They through parts at it running my bill up to nearly 10000$. Since that time I had purchased a new truck and a house and had a child. End result being I owed 8700$ and the problem being a rubbed wire in the lower harness. Stopped in to ask a question about my truck having a loss of power and explained the conditions and symptoms. They suggested to look for a few things which it turned out to be. While I'll be fixing my truck my self I will be taking it here for the things I can't or don't want to repair.
They got my truck on their books fast, then got me a diagnosis in the same day. Most affordable diesel mechanic I found after going to 3 others throughout the state! I recommend them to everyone. If I still had a truck I’d definitely take it to them again.
First time here and all expectations were exceeded. I’ve been to a few shops and these guys definitely are the most solid I’ve seen yet. I will definitely be coming back and getting more work done from IDP. These guys know what they are doing and are very thorough.
