From the time I walked in, to going on a month now after my purchase, Interstate Cycle has taken excellent care of me. I recommend anyone looking for a new bike, side by side, jet ski, or atv to shop here first! Big shoutout to Brian in sales for helping me from start to finish. Nick and Taryn in parts have already helped me with great gear recommendations and upgrades for my bike. Interstate Cycles is a great place to do business. Period.
Just had the best experience with Interstate cycle!! I purchased a used bike from an individual and brought it in for service and some upgrades. John and Smitty made me feel as if I were their only customer and went out of their way to ensure I was educated concerning my new bike, and all my requests were taken care of, even to the point of my bike delivery by Kyle who could not have been a more careful and courteous young man. We have bought two Triumph Tigers from these fine people!! Robert Baker and his partner “Bo” are the best bunch of salesmen, fellow motorcyclists we know!! Test rides, no problem! Negotiate your best deal, no problem!! Great dealership, great people!!
Not only were we charged hundreds more than we were quoted, they returned our jet ski without a battery. The service people were not helpful and when I called in good faith (despite being overcharged) I was met with denial and a claim that it was returned. So in summation: overcharged, unfriendly staff, misplaced our battery and unwilling to rectify the issue. I can’t put zero stars as that option was not available to me but avoid this place like the plague.
Never doing business with Interstate cycle. I had very unacceptable experience with sales rep Robert. Worst place to buy your next motorcycle. He changed his words with in 24 hours. Can’t trust them.
