My wife and I were referred to Interstate Building Supply, and initially, the experience started well. The flooring specialist was very helpful, providing us with samples and assisting us in choosing exactly what we wanted. However, the installation process was a nightmare. Part of the carpet had to be ripped up and redone weeks later due to poor alignment at the doorway. Even after the fix, it didn’t look as good as it should have. We recently replaced a large amount of flooring through Interstate. Sheila has been amazing to work with and that is why we went back to Interstate after having worked with her before. Todd the flooring guy is amazing. He worked so hard to get everything done just right-I would call him a perfectionist. Very detail oriented and we could tell it was very important to him that we were happy with the flooring. Ron who worked with Todd was really great as well!
