If i could give negative 5 stars i certainly would!!! This company is without question one of the WORST companies I have ever done business with!!!!! I spoke with them over the phone about needing to get a new battery for my daughter's car and explained that I would be sending her in to get the battery installed since she goes to school there and I am out of town.
