My husband went in and bought a what we thought was a new battery for his Harley and after getting it home we had to put it on a charger. We then figured out after being stranded that the battery was junk. Went to show them the problem, they stated it was fully charged, we knew it wasn’t because we just had it checked at a reliable battery shop and it was only giving out 10 volts not the 13 needed.
