Recently my car broke down on the side of the highway. They were able to get a tow out to me within 30 minutes. The tow guy was very professional as well as the admin who answers the phones. My husband and I have jobs that require us to have two working vehicles and they went above and beyond to try to make sure we didn’t have to rent a car more than 1 day. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. It is so hard to find a shop that puts integrity & ethics over the almighty dollar but this one does. If it's not broken they won't fix it, and to me that says it all. I know we have all paid for unnecessary repairs and I am not afraid of that ever happening with Interstate.
Very honest people. I had a state inspection and a headlight was out. They went to change the headlight and discovered the wire was loose/unplugged. Put it back together and didn't charge me anything. That's honesty.
