Why even take appointments if youre just going to pick and choose what cars you do first? Dropped it off at 930am, walked back up there with my kiddo at 430pm and it wasnt even pull into the shop. Told me when I set the appointment the prior week, that it was wide open. I go to pick it up and the guy tells me "well we're open till 7 if you wanna wait, i got all the parts here" Like I didnt drop it off at 930 am and walk home with my kiddo! Very friendly and professional. They stay open until 7pm for state inspections, which is very useful for people with busier schedules.
I went into Interstate Auto to get a car inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic broke off one of the lug nuts. (I already had one broken upon arrival.) First, they claimed they would replace the broken lug nuts. I thought this was a fair trade, considering they broke it. After waiting for an hour, the receptionist informed me that it would not be an easy fix and I would need to pay for the cost of labor. Appointment to drop my car off on Thursday. No updates until I called them. They hadn't had time to look at it. Friday no updates until I called them. Told me they would call me back. Never did. I show up late Friday. They charged me sixty bucks for diagnostics. Which they still didn't know what was wrong. Never had time. Two days later.
