Very friendly and professional. They stay open until 7pm for state inspections, which is very useful for people with busier schedules.
I went into Interstate Auto to get a car inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic broke off one of the lug nuts. (I already had one broken upon arrival.) First, they claimed they would replace the broken lug nuts. I thought this was a fair trade, considering they broke it. After waiting for an hour, the receptionist informed me that it would not be an easy fix and I would need to pay for the cost of labor. Appointment to drop my car off on Thursday. No updates until I called them. They hadn't had time to look at it. Friday no updates until I called them. Told me they would call me back. Never did. I show up late Friday. They charged me sixty bucks for diagnostics. Which they still didn't know what was wrong. Never had time. Two days later.
Great place to have your vehicle worked on
This business has done some good work for me but do not call this business and ask for an appointment. Because of helpful service I've recieved from previous years I was yet again reminded of the issues I have. I set an appointment up for the only 1 day I had off between multiple work days. Very much let the front counter know via call. I was told, "yes, Tuesday we are wide open". Awesome. However, not.
