Ive been living at Planters Crossing since april of LAST YEAR AND THE PEST (ROACHES!!!!) are beyond ridiculous !!! Its been 8 months and i still have them !!!!!!!! roaches carry diseases and are completely nasty !! i have emailed corporate twice and no response whatsoever!! HOW CAN YOU CALL YOURSELF A BUSINESS??? Roaches have been crawling out of baby (5 months) clothes and his car seat ! This was way before he was even born and i had notified staff !!!!!! This apartment dont even deserve one star. I WANT THIS PROBLEM FIXED ... read more

If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would. I have went by the office of Planters Crossing multiple times to report an issue. They told me they lost my work order and had to put in another one. Going on 2 months later I am still dealing with the same issue and was told I would have to pay for it. This place is a dead end. They never fix anything but constantly goes up on the rent and blame the “economy”. My family always deal with smell of marijuana coming through the vents. If I could recommend to anyone... NEVER ... read more
