It seems that you fabricated fake 5-star reviews, assuming others would follow suit. Nevertheless, there was no topsoil under the sod in the front yard. Poor landscaping workmanship with patchy grass tiles, and no attention to detail to include site-specific needs based on sandy soils, such as a topsoil layer.
If you want to experience some yelling and verbal abuse in front of your neighbours, then I recommend to hire Jon, but if you want some landscaping job done, then stay away from him and his company.
