I moved into my apartment yesterday. Yousuf and Shannon were way more than helpful. They made everything extremely easy and made me feel very comfortable. I’m not very computer savvy and Yousuf went well out of his way to help me with all the screens to fill out for all the moving in details while I just sat there like a dummy. I’m already loving it here !
Assud and Liam were both very thorough in our walk through of potential properties. They were quite attentive and we're able to get us answers to all our questions in a timely manner. Assud was also quite helpful in the leasing process and responded quickly to our changing needs. We viewed quite a few irent properties and we loved all of them, all had really nice modern finishes, nice amenities and a tonne of in unit storage to maximize space.

I recently moved in to this building and the process from showing me the unit, applying, answering my questions and moving in was very smooth and informative, even with the odd hiccup here and there Assud was able to assist me along the way promptly and always easy to communicate with which with a larger company I’m not used to plus the building is super clean and I love the renovations in my unit, great building, best staff!
Shannon was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire leasing process. She was not only professional and efficient but also kind and patient, making sure I felt supported every step of the way.
