Easy check in. Friendly staff. Very good location for shopping and restaurants. Disappointed on arrival no twin beds as requested and bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned. Air con didn’t appear to be working for the three nights we were there. Staff promptly fixed up the bathroom, offered a room change due to the air con and offered to make twin beds but we chose not to take up the offer . Would go back since room rate, location and very helpful staff made it a good stay.
Review/Complaint : I stayed at this Oaks property during a housing crisis, having had to suddenly leave my home of 6 years due to other people's actions and as a result losing almost everything I owned because my property was left unsecured with the public allowed easy access but blocking my entry through intimidation, resulting in theft and destruction with no opportunity to remove my belongings in a dignified way through a removalist. Location was great It ok for couples but not a lot of space if U want 2 single beds
Stayed for 5 nights in the family apartment, the rooms are satisfactory besides minor inconveniences with no major failures, the pullout rangehood was functional but dangling, and both the bathroom exhaust and shower curtains were inadequate, making a fine but unpleasant messy shower. The staff were unwelcoming.
