Since the office has been taken over by Med Plus things have gone down hill. In that short amount of time there has been 4 different providers. The providers don't seem to have time to spend with you when you are in the office. THEN, a few days after an appointment I received a short phone call from the provider stating my cholesterol was high and she was starting me on medication. Less than 5 min of conversation. Karen Burke is professional and like the care she provides; however, very frustrated with the office management. I sent emails for RX refills through their portal a month ago and no response. I have left voicemails and no response after a month. Every time I call their office, it goes to their answering service. It is extremely challenging to speak to anyone in the office. I will be finding another doctor’s office.
I was trying to get a billing phone number and because ownership changed in February of 2023, they don't know who does the billing. Could not give me a phone number for anything.
