I now have over $4,000 worth of damages done to my poor car , no taper on the edge they cut from the road , no signs saying nothing about there being a massive cut out of the road ... I've been waiting 3-4weeks to hear back from their main office and claims , but of course ignoring me .. You can't personally blame GIP for the poor quality that I read on here. They have essentially purchased local companies with local employees and are slowly turning things around for the better, unfortunately within this company there are way too many senior pencil pushers and pass the buck down the line. I have seen great work, employees and management alike within the company.
