I don’t like needles at all, but the nurse was so gentle (I think her name is Nadia) that I could honestly get blood drawn every day for the rest of my life and be fine with it!
Very chill experience. My phlebotomist, who was also the receptionist, did an excellent job. Plenty of parking.
Absolute excellence - this location should be used as the model of care for every lab. This was the first time I’ve been sent to this lab. It took 45 minutes and several phone calls to confirm if my insurance was in network, but Pilin (I’m so sorry if I misspelled that) was patient and wonderful! She spent the time helping me figure it out, never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her (even though dealing with insurance is never fun) and really went the extra mile. We did a blood test, and my hand felt heavy and painful for two days afterward. On top of that, the customer service staff did not seem well trained in handling the blood test paperwork, which made the experience frustrating.
Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. I always have to pay bills to this lab separately from my doctor bills and they are an absolute nightmare to work with and have damaged my credit for no reason. They kept sending me bills and when I would log in to pay them, it would say I didn't owe anything. Behind the scenes their billing system is just broken and they did indeed have balances owing. But they didn't include those balances on any bills they sent me. And if one went past due it would always show 0 balance. I can't ... read more
