Best phlebotomist ever!!!
Bad in all ways. My provider supposedly has an “arrangement” with them to cover all lab specimens they send. I mean, I certainly didn’t get a choice on what lab my specimen was sent. Well, they didn’t cover mine and I got a $200 bill. I tried to work it out, but no one would listen, and I couldn’t even understand the lab representative’s message when he called me back (after over a week of waiting) due to muffling, rapid speech, and seemingly a language barrier. My Wife just got off of the phone with customer service. Rude. The customer service rep did not want to be bothered by my wife's questions and hung up on her before she even finished speaking.
Just a reminder to your employees that your company name and logo is on your vehicles and driving erratically (and illegally) isn’t advised
