I visited your Burley, ID office yesterday (Friday). There was nobody in the office other than the attending gal which I had not seen before. I have been visiting this office weekly for the past month and half. Before that, I had come to this office monthly for several months and always was in and out in usually 5 minutes, 10 minutes max.
