The front desk girl was very rude and unprofessional. If someone is unhappy with their job, they should consider another line of work instead of taking it out on patients. I waited 20 minutes only to be told, “You’ll have to come back because my computer isn’t working.” It’s disappointing to see medical staff treat patients this way. We pay for these services and deserve to be treated with respect
I showed up to have my blood drawn on Monday. I was 20 minutes early as I had an 8:00 meeting to be on. I managed to be first in line only to have no one open the office until 8:00! I was unable to complete my blood draw this day so I returned Thursday around the same time and this time I'm 8th in line. Either we need more labs in Tricities, or they need more employees. I'm going to be here until 8:30 now!!!
Whoever answers the phones for this place needs to get their information correct. I specifically asked twice about not paying anything at time of service and being billed so I can make payments. I was told twice YES. Waste of time in the third lab I went to on this day to tell me “oh we don’t do that”. Called the number back and all they said was sorry for the miscommunication. I have huge huge trauma with needles I’ve been to many laboratories around tri cities and this place is my favorite.. first the lady is really nice who checks you in they are always fast and professional and the lady who draws the blood is quick and will talk to me so I’m distracted I don’t hardly even feel the needle! I’m so so appreciative of this place I feel comfortable letting the ladies know I’m nervous and have needle trouble and they always help me feel comfortable and go quickly!
