UPDATE 3/20/2025: I am currently in LITIGATION against JALEH TAGHIPOUR and INTERO SARATOGA because they LIED to me and kept pertinent information about potential buyers from me in a sale transaction in 2023. LARRY KLAPOW, the MANAGING BROKER, WAS later FIRED because of how he handled this transaction! This is a review of JALEH TAGHIPOUR. Jaleh sold our in Saratoga for 25% LESS than the original asking price and she's the WORST AGENT you can hire. LYING, MANIPULATION with ZERO NEGOTIATION SKILLS: - She BREACHED CONTRACT and refused to pay a substantial amount of $ that she owed us in form of credit to seller at the close of escrow; however, she paid the money only after HER OWN BROKER sided with us and told her to pay (I have the email from him). - Jaleh bait-and-switched us on the listing commission, and she started askin... read more
***JALEH TAGHIPOUR SOLD OUR HOUSE TO HER OWN CLIENT FOR LESS THAN THE MARKET VALUE IN A HOT MARKET*** Listed our house with JALEH TAGHIPOUR a couple of years ago and had multiple offers, one of them her own buyer (she represented both sellers and buyer in a dual agency).
