I recently had to sell a house in San Francisco on behalf of a client who could not handle the matter for himself, and hired Mike Foor of Intero Real Estate, San Carlos, to handle the job. Mike was incredibly efficient. He got the place cleaned up, had the garbage, furniture, etc., removed quickly, had the place spruced up and beautifully staged. All done in two weeks time. Both of my parents worked with Dave separately several years ago. When I was in need of a real estate agent, it seemed natural to call him. I couldn't be happier that I did. Dave continually went above and beyond working tirelessly to ready the property, market it, and close the deal with difficult buyers. As if that wasn't enough, his partner acted as a project manager to help get the property ready for sale. All the while, acting professionally and keeping in contact at all the right times.
