They have great staff and everything was wonderful here
The Case Manager I saw was unprofessional and a shitty salesman to boot. I went in one day for a consultation on my neck pain. On my second appointment, I met with a case manager (Alex) over a video call to go through their findings and a proposed 10-week treatment plan costing $2,700–3,000. They don't take insurance, so this would be fully out of pocket. The reason why I’m giving them two stars the staff in office perfect. Really friendly professional they know what they’re doing but what I didn’t like is I answered to ad on Instagram making it seem like you’re getting an adjustment then when I got there, they wanted to charge me a couple hundred dollars for x-rays all right whatever I get it nothing‘s free I didn’t get an adjustment the first time which kind of irritated me but I wanted to hear what they have to say then the second time I was on a video call with one of the... read more
