Dr. Bertrand was the only reason I put up with the issues around scheduling, getting my medications and dirty office. I received a letter in the mail stating the company was changing, and the amazing receptionist had no idea what to tell me besides keep my appointment. I will not be showing up to my future appointment. I have tried many times to get through to anyone at the office to ask questions. This place is unbelievable! Not compassionate, doesn't care. No communication!! My daughter and I both went here going on 2 yrs. The doctor, Susan was marvelous. We loved her but she retired so her PA was taking over until a Dr arrived. We had an appointment on the 2nd of April. We showed up and 3 people had quit but the Dr was there and I wanted to know when we would come in so we could get our pain medication she said she would call soon. Unprofessional careless people, no veteran should visit any of their offices
My husband was a patient due to a work injury in New York, so a workmans' comp case. The office told him they would get on the portal and kept jerking him around about it. The staff blamed the doctor and the doctor blamed the staff for not getting on the portal. As we were walking out the door for an appointment with them, they called and told my husband the appointment was canceled.
