Dr. Patel is the best. I've been with him over 20 years.
Update: 9 months later, I just got a letter from a debt collector over a fabricated charge from them. They charged me for an extended visit after the doctor was 20 minutes late coming in, and left partway through for 40 minutes for yet another non-emergency phone call. I saw her for a total of 10 minutes that day. After a call, they told me that billing had been resolved and I would only be charged for a standard visit (shouldn't have even paid for that, she gave me advice that put me in the ER from a seizure). I'm a patient for20+ yes scof Dr Patel. I was referred by a doctor worked for and at first it was about convenience as I worked 5 minutes away. Now however, it is about respect, mutual respect. I now work about 40 minutes away and live even farther. I dread the inevitable day that Dr Patel retires and I have to trust my care to someone else.
