I've never experienced anything like this. I called this place a single time to ask a super quick & super simple question. I was as kind and polite as possible. The receptionist not only hung up on me she slammed the phone down in my ear without a single word. Maybe I didn't sound like the right kind of person to her. Idk, but it really shook me up. I would avoid if I were you.
