I had an issue with installing security software onto a company-issued computer, which turned into a looping nightmare. The tech was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, and just went above and beyond to help, also giving solid recommendations on what to do if the issue happened again. I would definitely bring my computers back to Network Solutions in the future. It's great to know there are reliable experts in the area for computer repair.
