I had an awful experience using this company. They held up my home closing because they weren't responsive to email or phone calls, didn't listen to my concerns or what I needed to be included in my coverage. Could not have had a worse experience. Ended up canceling and moving to a different insurer and had an exponentially better experience. I recommend looking elsewhere for insurance.
I spent hours on the phone dealing with tons of insurance agents without finding the right insurance within my budget.
