I have lost internet connection for a day. The customer service is awful. I called 4 times and nobody can solve the issue.

WOW!! Thanks folks, for helping me decide about this company. I was waiting on the phone to talk to a rep and spent almost ONE hour waiting for someone to answer and no one picked up my call. I then tried a different number and the same thing happened. It seems that they only have one rep answering calls. Bye, bye,

Terrible Customer Service and Internet. I use it, get promised 10 Megabytes of internet, (its 10 Megabits which is approximately 1.5 Megabytes per second) and a Upload rate of 2 Megabits per second (0.3 Megabytes). you would think that would be the end of my issues, but then my internet starts going out constantly so I call to get a new router, it takes 1 week does nothing. I call for 2 months everynight and they finally send someone out to my address. to my prevail they do nothing and make up something about wires. 1 month ... read more

Poor Customer service dont call or show up when suppose to come very dissatisfied with their service waited 3 weeks for internet service my father waited at house 6 hours no call no show waited 1 1/2 hours on hold with no one helping tell u there are still coming never show or call
