Awful! Misleading website material. Uses words like "instant aproval", but actually takes up to 48hrs. "Won't hurt your credit", but actually does. You must use their only option dealership for a loan, so your actual vehicle options are very limited. **************** does answer the phone, but don't even know the address of the company. Speaking of address, why are there 2 companies with different names at the same address? To fit in all the complaints! Avoid at all costs.
I have been using BusinessMart.com a website managed by Internet Brands for many years and we have communicated a few times in the past. I believe the site has been non-functional since December. Of course my credit card was charged in January and again today for February. I need to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I have tried to contact them every day for a solid week with no reply be phone or email. Is anybody managing this business?
