My son attends IKA and enjoys every moment here for close to two years now! The values taught here and the environment maintained by the instructors make it the best karate school we have seen.
Tough instructor and good freestyle.
If you want to learn REAL karate, this is the best. I took lessons there for several years (about 40 years ago). It was tough, but I learned so much. I quit because I was going to college and didn't have time. Years later, I tried to go back, but I was older and didn't have the tolerance for pain that I had when I was younger. So sad I didn't continue.
Soke Kubota is an special Master because he teaches us qualities like respect, discipline, and focus. These qualities will help your child grow up to become a mentally and physically strong individual.
