I have been living here since last August and I will give you my honest review. It's very close to the strip. The apartments are very big and cozy now there are some abandoned buildings however these apartments are in a mixture of some that have been redone and some that look horrible. As far as the neighborhood I walked to flamingo every night to catch the bus I have not had a problem yet with anyone bothering me. In this area it all depends what place you get.
