A great place for people, couples and students looking for affordable yet good living space/peaceful community. They have really good facilities for their residents like Gym, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Yoga and aerobic center, pickleball, tennis and basketball court, business center, 24X7 assistance for residents and a small lake for walking and jogging. I lived at this complex back in 2021 and initially the experience was okay however, halfway through my lease I was offered a great job opportunity that required me to relocate to Atlanta area for a handful of months during the learning curve. I discussed this with the property mgmt and Accounting Manager who agreed to let me break my lease without penalty providing I give a minimum of 45 days vacate notice.
