I recently requested maintenance service and my experience was positive Raul V, responded quickly, and he was very professional throughout the process. The issue I reported was leaking faucet , and he fixed it efficiently. Overall, I would rate the service of Raul V with 5 stars because of the professionalism and effectiveness. I appreciate his effort in keeping the apartment in good condition.
Lived here through 2014-2017 and it was okay then… A few issues here and there but overall not terrible. It would be nice if they could keep up with the amenities better the hallways do smell, and the gym is very outdated. Sometimes the sauna would never be working and it’s very crowded with kids running everywhere (usually unsupervised) I came to this website, hoping it’s changed a bit because I need to move to this area again, but these comments are a little unsettling
Really bad service , I came to the office to print out papers for the employee. He says that I can't print more than ten papers. I'm really sorry that they can't help the people who live in this building.
