I toured these apartments not too long ago and I’ll just say that it’s a hidden gem in Bloomington! There are a lot of amenities including a hot tub, sauna and even outdoor pool! The neighborhood and area is really safe and quiet and they are walking trails. I just didn’t move forward with the application because the unit prices are a little pricey and I feel like it was focused more on the community amenities and less on the actual apartments because in some units there’s only one air conditioner and there’s no elevators an... read more

My son and I had a great time touring here with Junior. Can't wait to hopefully make this our home.:) Editing to say we did another tour over the weekend with Tim and he was great as well. He was very personable and even played some basketball with my son. You can tell that he enjoys his job and knows what he is doing. We can't wait to hopefully move into these apartments in the next couple months.:)
Terrible management 3rd floor apartments are unbearable during the summer. The AC unit is under powered and does not cool the apartment. Black mold is painted over instead of properly insulation in windows.
