My son and I had a great time touring here with Junior. Can't wait to hopefully make this our home.:) Editing to say we did another tour over the weekend with Tim and he was great as well. He was very personable and even played some basketball with my son. You can tell that he enjoys his job and knows what he is doing. We can't wait to hopefully move into these apartments in the next couple months.:)
Terrible management 3rd floor apartments are unbearable during the summer. The AC unit is under powered and does not cool the apartment. Black mold is painted over instead of properly insulation in windows.
Please read this before moving forward with this apartment complex. I filled out an application on the 28th of April hoping that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a decision whether approved or denied, instead they kept asking for documents over and over again, even after submitting them and them saying that they got it and “they’re working on it”. I will be attaching pictures of the emails between us and what was said in the email. I paid 30 dollar application fee which was non-refundable and $300 holding fee which would ... read more
