Been a resident for 8 years and so happy I’m out of here. First moved in the area was nice and clean. Now, it’s pretty much hood. Full garbage bags sitting out back for weeks. Like they just think it’s behind the building no one will see it. 5 Mexicans living in a two bedroom apartment are ok. 5 Muslim living in a two bedroom ok. Two dumpster for over 100 apartments so trash is everywhere. Rent has gone up 400 dollars over the last two years with no improvements done to apartments or complex. Ac blows hot air.
