Steve Goldenburg ,sales guy, went above beyond and was my personal taxi around the city of Pataskala during the "funding issues' that arose during the buying process. He was instrumental in making the 'International' experience warm friendly and hospitable. It was a "no worries" day for me. I can not express the attention to detail and work ethnic that "POPS", the mechanic, showed while the vehicle was being prepped for sale and inspection. "POPS" makes Columbus, Ohio proud.
In many years in business and many trucks purchased, perhaps this experience was one of the best. Navistar has very good program in place and definitely Steve Goldenberg made the buying process very easy and efficient. Strongly recommend for anyone on the market looking for great product and service.
We purchased a used LT from Scott Bush at the Columbus location. Working with Scott was a great experience. We had some unexpected maintenance issues come up within the first 60 days of receiving the truck. During the repair process, Scott was in direct communication with me. He was extremely efficient and understanding! They stood by their 60-day warranty! Not everything is perfect in the used truck world, but the value demonstrated by Scott Bush was impeccable.
