The two patches were exactly what I ordered and better quality than I anticipated. I received notification that they were delivered 3 days earlier than they were, they actually arrived the day after I needed them, but that’s okay because I can still use them. Along with the patches was a very nice note from the owners. I will purchase again!

Do not use this company! I have been in this business creating patches for Firehouses, EMS, and Police for 25 years and I have never encountered a less professional company in my life. My first test was a St. Patrick's Day Patch. After being promised 2-3 week turnaround, the patches finally arrived along with a host of excuses to late to ship for St. Pats. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and did a 2nd "Test". This also dragged out to the 2 month point, with the sales rep. making every kind of excuse in the book...I fina... read more
