This is the best coffee I've had outside of Frothy Monkey in Nashville. Honestly, it's better than that. I had a plain latte: the espresso was expertly pulled and not at all overdone- no bitterness or burned flavor. The oat milk was also frothed very well and not scalded, which is so often the case at other places. Kids really enjoyed the milkshakes, as well. So glad we are moving to Westmoreland so I can make the quick trip over.

I have absolutely adored everything about ITC since they opened their doors in Portland! Each time I visit I am kindly greeted by the staff who are very helpful and willing to answer any questions I may have about menu items. They also know how indecisive I am about choosing a drink and enthusiastically surprise me with a new flavor each visit. I have never been disappointed. My kids love ITC as much as I do and often beg to go to "The poppin' pearls place". Please don't ever leave Portland!!!!

Coffee was excellent! Could stand to have a bit "warmer" atmosphere..maybe some rugs and sofas...tapestry....

Updated review MkIII: I love this place so much, please never leave, lol. I don't get to come as much as I'd like but I do my best. Their teas AND actual boba are so completely beyond every other shop in this area I've tried, no joke. Dead serious. Actually tastes good. The matcha tastes like matcha! (Should be easy but one place I got a milk tea, the matcha tasted like cookies???? And at another it tasted like hair spray??!!?????) The taro is great, Thai tea, everything, I'd come here every day if I could.
