Victoria Cortez ,I'm very sorry that you did not receive your refund. I always verify the account number twice with my customers before i send the tax to the irs . Sometime if you owe to the irs they keep your refund and there is nothing we can do. I never keep money from no one. Sorry we could not help you more. God bless and have a great day
Let me tell you about my experience with nubia Jimenez, I went as a first time on April 15th and filled my taxes with her, said I would receive my money Direct deposit in two weeks. An when the two weeks came I received nothing! An when I called the irs they told me that it was in a different account, which was definitely not mine! So I went back to her and to my surprise she was gone for a whole week!
