I brought my car into International Subaru of Orland Park for service, only to be told after they had it that they didn’t want to work on it—simply because it has high mileage and wasn’t purchased at their dealership. This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If there are policies like that, they should be communicated before accepting a vehicle for service, not after it’s already been dropped off and presumably looked at.
