Professional staff! Janaki always calls and provides my family with hosting chances. She is very caring towards her students and host.

I would give 0 star if I could. First time I’m the United States and I had to change my host family 3 times within 2 weeks due to very bad conditions. They do not even visit the host family’s home to check the family and home. I have asked one of my host family and they said they never met any employee from the international student placement personally. Never again.
Very bad experience with ISP’s housing at Monterey. Not recommend to stay with them, the tenant was even served with left over food stored in the refrige for over half month at the end of stay. The company seems doesn’t care about tenant’s experience as long as they got the rent. Will give zero star if has that option.
