We had an exceptional experience with the countertop company! Their customer service was outstanding, and the installation was seamless. This is the second time we've used them, and each time has been a joy; we absolutely love our new countertops!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. While the granite itself is beautiful, the fabrication and installation involved far too many errors for a professional countertop company. Seven of the eight holes/openings they fabricated had measurement or clearance issues. Before templating, I provided them with the actual popup outlets along with the manufacturer’s installation instructions, and they took both with them specifically so the openings could be fabricated correctly. Julio was great to work with from the beginning. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the whole process easy. Colby and Paul did an outstanding job with the installation—they were professional, detail-oriented, and left everything clean when they were finished. Everything looks exceptional, and I absolutely love my new kitchen countertops.
