When I ordered the star, and received the coordinates, I found that the GSC (Designation code for that star) had too few digits to be a valid GSC code. I contacted them and provided this issue to them. Because of this issue, the customer would not be able to pull up any information on the star from any valid star register. This is a scam people. These stars are un official. Registered to a marketing company in Germany. Sued by state of New York for false advertisement. They claim you get 100% refund if dissatisfied. They dont. They offer 50% and then ignore your emails. A neighbor was duped into thinking this was legit. It's just a scam for elderlies to pay out money for a fake piece of paper that claims legitimacy. I paid 165 and 95$ for 2 pieces of paper. I love my star! ISR was super easy to communicate with, ensuring my wishes were set as I had hoped. Their response time is fast and they genuinely listened to the questions I had before purchasing. Great experience and I will be buying more stars ahead from them.

I have to share my great experience with International Star Registry. My nephew proposed to his girlfriend with a star on Valentine's Day. Because they live out in the country ***** could not deliver because the driveway was full of snow. My phone number was on the order. I got a call from a woman there to arrange to have the package picked up at ***** directly. If they had not persisted in calling and emailing, Valentine's Day would have been ruined.
