I recently completed the Personal Trainer course and enjoyed the information presented within the text book, audio files and study guide. I've been a trainer and strength coach (I'm a CSCS) for more than 20 years but wanted to add the ISSA education and accreditation to my resume. I work for Dr H (Biggest Loser) at his wellness retreat in Malibu, CA and felt that learning the ISSA way of doing things might be helpful to my clients - I was right. I'm proud to be a ISSA certified trainer.

Just completed my personal trainer certification with ISSA. The way the text is presented and the way the quizzes are laid out, helped me to learn the key concepts that I needed to know to pass the exam, and that will stick with me all through my trainer career. With the amount of time they provide to finish the course, and the easy online access, the course really is an effective and reliable, self-paced course.
I am in my fifth year as an ISSA certified PFT. I got certified because I was helping people with traumatic brain injuries to improve their physical fitness.The skills that I learned through ISSA have helped me greatly in helping others.
