Is great the study foro personal training is very good, and teacher excelent.
This is a mixed review. The course content and depth of information was incredible and the support was excellent! The problem I'm seeing now is the gyms and studios in my area or even other cities in FL are only accepting NCCA accredited certifications. Not sure why ISSA is not accredited by them but to work in this industry it looks like I'm going to have to get another certification. I guess it's my fault for not doing enough research before I chose a course recommended to me by one of their reps whom I trusted.
Learning with ISSA and being certified is such a great impact on my life that has re-shaped my focus and career. Living in Kuwait, I faced some unique challenges since I was in car accident and suffered from injury for many years and wanted to figure out a way to understand more about health in terms of fitness and nutrition even though there were many obstacles in my community. I took the online training with ISSA and I cannot lie, IT WAS NOT EASY. First of all I went for the degree program and so I received multiple certs and a degree for my troubles. Additionally, I graduated with Honors, which I was pleased with. I already had a PT and GX cert but these were well far and above what I already knew. I spent good time studying and having talks with the instructor to make sure I was on task. Their Physical Fitness Training course is very interesting. I'm halfway through it and since starting, have found so much useful information. I feel I will be referring to this textbook for quite some time even after completing the course material.
