BEWARE! This company is not certified in any way with the state DPH to perform any septic work. This company is not registered with the GA Secretary Of State. They have multiple violations and are being closely monitored in regards to legal actions and sanctions. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Do not fall for Joel kirks "magic" chemical treatment. Shame in me for being so gullible but shame in Joel for not standing behind his word and making this right. Said he would apply money paid to a "real" fix but never followed up. Just kept making excuses as to why he couldn't do the job. Be careful people. Do not use this snake oil salesman. He's a fast talker and will walk all over you if you let him which I did. Just trying to save someone else from the financial hardship this man created for me.
