I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Carmen ruined my hair and my daughter’s hair. It was beautiful before and now it looks terrible. She even cut it without wetting it first, which made it worse. The haircut was uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what we asked for. She was careless and very unprofessional. I wasted my time and money here. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend others to find a better salon. Don’t trust this place with your hair!
