Early May 2015, my husband, father, dog and I were heading north for a 4-day camping trip. We had just bought supplies in Gaylord and realized we didn't have the key to unlock our pop-up camper door. We had dealt with Tony at a previous dealership, so when I heard he was running this dealership I looked him up. Tony set us up with a nice 2007 5th wheel and after me describing our trade gave me a price over the phone and after we got there it was just what he had expected. Well fast forward 4mos. later and we had an unexpected problem so I called Tony and he said bring it on up and they would fix it. Horrible service, go elsewhere! After discussing our trade in value and receiving a bank approval we drove 3 hours one way to go pick up our new rv. Upon arriving they looked over our trade in and offered us half of what was agreed on the day prior. We were originally offered $15,000 and the day we were suppose to pick the fifth wheel up we were offered $8,000. Save your time and your money!!
