We visited this afternoon and were treated terribly! No one asked our names or introduced themselves. We drove all the way from Wisconsin specifically to shop the Forest River brand. We were told to just wander the lot and check things out on our own. No one checked on us or cared about our experience. We had money to spend but would never spend it here.
Amazing customer service and staff. Very responsive to my concerns and provided multiple options and quotes for various trailers. They made my trade-in and new purchase very hassle-free and easy. They also helped with the installation of after market products so that my trailer works off grid with extra batteries and solar. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Strongly recommend this dealership—service employees are 🤩!!!
