Terrible, terrible, terrible. Poor-Fair is a compliment. Any small issues dealt through maintenance, they will more than likely take care of. Any big issues? You may as well forget it. I was told multiple times that I was basically wrong on how an air condition system works, and 85 degrees at midnight was perfectly normal. I tried explaining to the "expert" that the condenser on the AC unit was covered in dog hair and dirt, and he claims that wasn't an issue. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! – I looked for me and my husband a cheap apartment so that we could save for a house. I found these. There is a lot of space for cheap, and that is what they are CHEAP! Now let me tell you I loved the apartments at first. I didn't mind that it was ghetto but my husband always was complaining. On top of the cops pulling over 90% of the residence just because it isn't the best place. worst $80 i ever spent – Upon questioning International Residence Apartments on their stipulations for renters, I was told that I needed one month's worth of pay stubs, which my wife has, but I do not, as I am currently unemployed. I explained this to the leasing agent, and she said no problem, if we had a bank account with 2.5 times the amount of rent ($699) in it, we qualify. We do. Yuck! DON'T DO IT! – Yea, the rent may be cheap, but that's what you get is CHEAP! It isn't worth it. You may get a little cheaper rent, but with what you pay out in utilities here, it adds up to the same. Your not saving a dime by moving in here. Take your money find another place to live, where their staff is trained to treat you with respect.
